I am a self-taught, home cook with a passion for "whole food" ingredients and great flavor.  My cooking methods are simple, my ingredients mainstream, and I try to feature seasonally ripe and delicious produce.  While I'm not vegetarian, nearly all of my recipes will be plant based with NO chemicals, very LITTLE sugar, and MINIMAL carbs. Each class is hands-on in my kitchen!  Together we'll make 3-4 dishes and then sample them!  I'll add-in an appetizer and a dessert for you to nibble!  And,  I'll also sprinkle each class with tips for healthy substitutions and habits.  I hope to introduce you to some new foods, demonstrate how easy it is to eat healthy, delicious meals and inspire you to expand your palate! I purposely limit each class size to 8 so you can experience each recipe hands-on
