GOOD Reads

My passion is helping other survivors thrive!  I focus on diet--taking out the carbs, sugars and chemicals.  For a survivor, exercise is so important in reducing the risk of recurrence--plus it makes you feel really good!!   But don't take it from me, there are lots of experts out there with many initials after their name saying the same thing.  I'll link to the articles I come across that impact survivors and impart great information!
